This pillow was perfect for my Shih Tzu, but for some reason this pillow came with fake rings already attached. We cut those off, attached ours, but they kept falling off. We finally resorted to tactfully attaching them with a twist tie. For the money, it was exactly what we needed.

Loved it! used it for our jack Russell that was our ring bearer at our wedding. Everybody love it and complimented how cute the dog looked. Before buying this I double guessed myself because of the previous reviews. I would tell you, yes it does come with fake rings attached to it just like you see in the picture. Sure you could remove the fake rings and put your own but you would need to sew threads on it to hold it. We decided to leave it as is because it made perfect sense. Many reasons:1)We didn’t want to have to worry about an extra step on fixing the pillow so we can put the real ones.2) if we did put the real ones, getting them off the pillow the moment of the ceremony was going to be time consuming and a pain.3)we didn’t want our rings to get lost in the grass had they fell by accident. Thoughts like “ what if the dogs moved around too much and you can’t find where they felt”4) people get the message, they won’t. Notice from far away how the rings look like or weather or not those are the real ones or not.I would either pin the pillow to the clothing of the dog ( if applicable) in case it moves around. Or tie it really good so if it bounces it doesn’t go around the dog’s belly.I’m general this is an awesome product. We lost it by the end of the night but I would have love to keep it as a memory but that’s what pictures are for anyways!

Let me preface this by saying that, for the price, this was a worthwhile purchase. However, there's no real place to attach the rings, so I hope you like sewing and/or hot glue, because you'll need to add ribbon to it. Also, mine had a dab of glue on the pillow itself that I couldn't get off. I ended up covering it up with some fake flowers. For a cheap ring bearer pillow that came in two days thanks to Prime, I can't complain by any means. Just be aware that it is, in fact, cheap and will need some work when you get it!

Cheap quality but did it's job perfectly! Did not use/trust the tie, it's just gonna slip down to the dog's groin and flip under his belly. I pinned the pillow to the back of the doggie tux I put my lil ring-bearer in. =) See Pictures! You can carefully cut off the fake rings and use a tiny plastic hair elastic to secure the real rings to the crystal, that's what we did. Worked flawlessly.
