The corset part did exactly what it was supposed to do. It snatched me in and fits perfectly. The material is not thick it's a cool and good quality, which makes the dress flattering. I did not know about the zipper until the second time wearing it, it's located on the left side under your arm. I ordered a Medium and I weigh 191lbs.

Fits true to size and is slightly stretchy with some give so is very comfortable to wear and move around in. Zipper up the side makes it really easy to put on and there are pockets on each side! The double layer skirt is very fun, flattering and moves well. More of a poly type material, so slightly slick yet still soft and doesn't look cheap. The top and waist is very flattering without any added corset which is quite nice! Fits really well over a large chest (I'm 36DD). Sholder straps are not too tight and are easy to move around in. I wash on delicate, no shrinkage or color fade so far. Love it!

So this didn't fit me but that's not why I docked it a star. Honestly, the dresses overall design is beautiful. Corset style with a flowy bottom and zip closure. Super cute but the fabric just could have been better. I really don't understand the insurance on companies making clothes out of this weird noisy windbreaker/sandpaper type cloth but it's not a good fabric. Even if it did fit, I doubt I would have worn it just because the fabric is horrible.

I was surprised by how flattering and comfortable the dress is. The material is interesting, almost has a slickness to it, but lightweight and comfortable . It will be nice once it’s super hot. I don’t normally go without a bra, and I’d probably still wear strapless bra, but I tried without one and it still helped hold things up, impressive, considering my larger chest. I’m a 38D, ordered the large as recommended, loved that I can cinch up chest, and straps as needed. It fits nice through bodice, provides a flattering shape. Not see through, and I tried it for colder weather with tints and booties. I’ve bought this brand before and have enjoyed their pieces.

Fabric looks great but can’t tell about the fit because i ordered a size S and received a XXL.
