Got this to help quiet down a murray riding mower we purchased at a yardsale. This done the trick. I was glad it suggested the gasket when I made my purchase or I may have had to look a but longer to find the one I needed to work with this.

I was very pleased that this muffler fit on my 20 year old Huskee lawn tractor. The other muffler was failing and getting pretty loud. This new muffler knocked the noise back down to a tolerable level. It does not come with bolts, so I had to find a couple new ones that were heat resistant.

Fit perfect for my old Murray riding mower. Impossible to find this muffler with the offset hole in stores. Sure did make the mower quiet again! This will work for the Briggs and Stratton 10 hp and 12 hp engines. Didn't come with bolts or shield, no big deal though.
