Funktioniert. Mehr ist dem auch nicht hinzuzufügen.Produkt kam zwar in einer komischen, asiatischen Verpackung und das Metall des Schlosses sieht auch nicht sehr hochwertig aus, aber für den Aktenschrank zum Versperren reicht es komplett aus.

One of these had a broken lock which, while not critical for home use, needed replacement for a fully functional revival. That's where the Furniture Lock Cabinet Lock Cylinder came into the picture.Quantity: Double the ExpectedInitially, it seemed I ordered too much. The product comes in a pack of two, a detail I overlooked when placing my order. As a result, I ended up with four locks, prompting an unnecessary return process. This might not be a negative for all, but be mindful of the quantity when ordering.Functionality: Perfect Fit, Slight CompromiseThe lock cylinders conform well to standard measurements for furniture locks and function effectively. However, they are not as robust as the original locks on my office cupboards. While this might be a concern in a more demanding office environment, it isn't an issue in my home setting. The locks work, they fit, and for home use, they don't need to be impervious.Conclusion: Practicality Over RigidityIn summary, the Furniture Lock Cabinet Lock Cylinder offers a practical solution for securing cabinets in a domestic setting. The slightly lower quality compared to some original office cabinet locks may not make it the ideal choice for a high-security need, but for regular home use, they perform adequately. Remember to pay attention to the quantity if you decide to order, or you may end up with a surplus like I did. Despite this minor inconvenience, the locks are decent replacements for rejuvenating old office cupboards for home use.Note: if my aim would be to keep regular people from peeking into my cupboards this product would be sufficient, if, however, I would want to store real valuables in my cupboard nor a regular wooden cupboard nor this lock would be a showstopper for anyone motivated to get in. On most cupboards, you can just flex the door a little to get around the lock. For this use-case please buy a proper cupboard with a proper lock instead.
