Super light, has a built in air sack for airing up the pad. The pad itself it a decent size for one person and it is pretty comfortable. It was not cold outside so I do not know how well it keeps the warmth. I used this in my single person tent and it fit inside the tent fine. It decompresses easily as well and fits back into the bag without too much of a hassle. Overall this is a good little sleeping pad.

Great pad! So light and packs up super small!I did buy a tiny portable mattress inflator. You could find on here that is pocket sized with replaceable batteries for camping longer than a week.

Nice sleeping pad. I mis-read and thought it was a sleeping bag, but that's on me. Quality is excellent.
