I got these balls for a project and I was expecting them to be shiny like in the pictures, but the reflection on them is not clear. They are not so shiny and not useful for my project. The pictures are somewhat deceiving. I tried cleaning them with water and soap but that did not help. Interestingly, I also purchased the 8mm steel balls and those look much better.
