We have used this gate for several months now, it goes around the dog's bed just at nighttime.This gate holds itself up very well, creates flexible shapes and is pretty solid. It is also quieter than a previous metal one we had. We move this gate around the house each am and pm, I'm always careful how I handle it as too much pressure may affect the hinges. It's fairly heavy to carry about but it's manageable, I'm 5'3" and not particularly strong. To store it, I stand it split open into a V shape, it could also be stored flat under furniture.Have also used it stretched out to block off part of a room during day and was pretty stable.We don't use the feet but that would make it even sturdier for a stronger dog. Our dog could probably push the gate over or jump it if she really wanted to but she's not a boisterous dog and psychologically she understands being contained at night so doesn't try to get out. For reference she's a smallish, two year old Whippet.

This gate is perfect for my puppy. Time will tell when he gets bigger but for now it’s fantastic. Does the job. Looks good and isn’t big and clunky. Swings in and out easily and is light. The rest of my family 5’8+ can step over it. I’d recommend it. AND no damage to walls. We’ve had the ones that although they don’t drill into wall they have tension arms that can be adjusted - still wreck the wall after time.Edited a month later - he can push his way through it and he’s only 5 lbs. I think we should have gone with 3 panel. The 2 panel fits with a bit of overlap but need more to prevent him pushing through.gate is standing up well and this issue is not the gate’s fault hence not change in rating.

Great purchase. Highly recommend if you want a temporary barrier inside or outside the home. I love this to block off my front porch so I do not have to worry about my pup chasing a squirrel out of the yard. Looks nice. Great function. Good quality.

I have an open concept main floor and I want to relegate the dogs to the kitchen. Seems like a pretty good product , fairly sturdy, with centre panels having double sided hinges for any configuration. Although my dogs could easily jump over it, I don’t think they have interest in touching it. It could probably afford to be maybe 4 to 5 inches taller but overall, I think it’ll work for what we need it for. I like that it folds up nice and small for easy storage.

After years of not needing to keep the dogs downstairs needing one of these gave me a headache! They aren't the best looking things to have in your house, but this one is actually quite good to look at. Natural colour works well, seems very sturdy so far and the 4 panel one almost perfect (would have gone for 6 panels in hindsight - but that was my fault) Useful for bottom of stairs, but also in front of exit doors to stop them running out too... very impressed. Worth the money
