This was a gift for our daughter. It was just a little difficult to fit together, but we got it done. It holds the record player, lots of albums, and the open shelf is great for additional storage.

Quite impressed with the quality and ease of building this shelf. Was worried we wouldn't love the color, but it's not as cold as it appears in the photos.

This was fairly straightforward to assemble (don’t tighten the screws too much or you will split the veneer). Others have already pointed out the various drawbacks (e.g., records don’t fit in the compartment with the door closed). The wood is cheap and won’t stand up to rough treatment, but I feel this is to be expected at this price point. Avoid bumps and scrapes, and it should be OK.Ultimately this stand does the job for me and the dimensions were perfect for my space. The main thing I would advise is to measure your turntable to ensure it will fit, cables and all. Mine fit, but with just millimetres to spare.If you’re planning to run cables from something in the interior compartment just bear in mind that this piece also doesn’t have any holes for cables. However, it would be easy enough to use a holesaw or a jigsaw to create any openings in the thin and fairly flimsy back panel.

Was a bit hesitant but it was cheaper than most similar tables on the market. My nespresso and vinyl player look great on it!!
