This review is for a pair of polarised sunglasses, branded SIPHEW, priced at £13.99 when reviewed.The design of this is the sports type, and they are made of grey plastic with purple tinted polarised lenses. The fit is close to the eyes, like all sports glasses, but I felt no discomfort wearing them for an extended period. Additionally, unlike some, they are a loose-ish fit so don't clamp against the side of your head too much - though this does increase the risk of becoming dislodged when doing some activities.They come with a soft pull bag for storage, and a large cleaning cloth that looks to be the same material as the pull bag.They are clearly made to a cost, and might look out of place in St Tropez, but ideal if you need a decent, cheap pair of sunglasses that won't cost you much if they get lost or damaged.

These sunglasses come in a matt grey colour with purple detailing and purple polarised lenses. Advertised as offering UV400 protection - I am not able to verify if this is actually the case but happy to trust them on this.They are made of lightweight plastic but feel fairly robust. I like the colour and have to say they are very comfortable to wear, assisted by rubberised areas on the nose and ears (as pictured). The nature of polarised sunglasses is that they make the world seem more colourful and this is certainly the case with these and they significantly reduce glare from the sun. They also come with a basic soft pouch and cleaning cloth (pictured).For the price point I feel they are excellent value - sturdy, stylish and very comfortable to wear.For the price point I think they

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Sophiew polarised sunglasses and it couldn’t have come at a better time with the recent good weather in the UK. Whilst it’s not a brand I have heard of previously I am very pleased with them. These look both sporty as well as trendy and I am pleased with them.The polarized lense do a good job of reducing glare significantly. The UV400 protection also gives me peace of mind knowing my eyes are fully shielded from harmful rays. When wearing the sunglasses I found the clarity and color contrast were excellent, making everything look crisp and vibrant.The frame is lightweight but it also feels durable - These fit me comfortably without slipping. I really like the classic sporty design - it’s both modern and versatile.Overall for the price I can’t really fault these. The sunglasses feel premium and look stylish. At under £14 at time of writing I am happy to recommend these.
