Buy this for your 1.8L Miata crank nose repair! Do not buy part number 99145. One downside: you'll need an alternate method of installation since the tool provided is too short as this was never designed for use on the Miata. 1.25" PVC pipe worked for me as it fits over the nose and is just narrow enough to drive against the lip of the sleeve.

Stopped my leak with a fairly easy install. I had to get a deeper installation cap to go over my miata crankshaft
