Fits the camera perfectly and give peace of mind when mounting, as the built in thread on the camera is a weak point. This cage is a must buy.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Der Cage passt perfekt, hat für meine Zwecke genug Flexibilität und schützt die Insta360X4.

The cage is great. It protects all of the edges, and still allows the lens cap to go on and off easily.It also allows access to the battery, charging port and all buttons.An easy to turn thumbscrew allows the cage to be removed easily, but I haven't found any reason to take off the cage yet.The cage also adds 3x quarter-twenty - one on each side and on the bottom, a cold show, and even a flip-down metal GoPro mounting connector, to be compatible with existing GoPro mounts.Only two problems:(1) with the cage on the camera, it no longer fits in the zippered case that came with the camera. SmallRig should include one, or at least sell one.(2) using the Power Selfie Stick with this cage makes the power cable too short to reach.

Dies ist mal wieder ein Produkt von SMALLRIG welches auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Die Lieferung erfolgt in einer einfachen braunen Pappschachtel. Im Inneren befindet sich etwas Packmaterial und ein weißer Umschlag in welchem sich der Cage befindet. Auch ein passender Silikonlinsenschutz welcher problemlos auch mit dem Premiumlinsenschutz von Insta360 verwendet werden liegt bei.Der Kamera Käfig ist von sehr guter Qualität. Die Materialstärke ist perfekt gewählt, sodass der Cage weder zu sehr aufträgt noch zu instabil ist. Die Verarbeitung ist wie von SMALLRIG gewohnt makellos. Alle Kanten sind verrundet. Alle Ausschnitte für Knöpfe oder Klappen sind perfekt. SMALLRIG gewährleistet dabei sogar die Kompatibilität mit dem originalen Insta360 X4 Mikrofon Adapter oder anderem Zubehör wie dem Quick Reader.Auf einer Seite des Käfigs befinden sich ein Blitzschuh und sogar auf beiden Seiten jeweils ein 1/4"-Gewindeloch, an dem Zubehör wie Mikrofone und LED-Videoleuchten installiert werden können. Außerdem befindet sich an der Unterseite sowohl ein 1/4"-Gewindeloch, als auch eine ausklappbare Action-Kamerahalterung. Sollte die Action-Kamerahalterung nicht gebraucht werden wird sie durch Magnete an Ort und Stelle gehalten und stört somit im weiteren Gebrauch nicht.FAZIT: SMALLRIG ist es mal wieder gelungen ein rundum solides & durchdachtes Produkt auf den Markt zu werfen. Auch wenn trotz eines aktuellen 15% Gutscheins noch immer einen stolzer Preis von 48,37€ aufgerufen wird kann ich dieses Produkt mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Hier bekommt man auch die entsprechende Qualität für sein Geld.

Works as advertised. Silicon cover is really nice and protects the lens. The cage is well thought out and allows access to battery compartment. Love the fact that you can either use quarter twenty tripod or the gopro rapid connection to mount this. The rapid connectors nicely tuck in and stay out of sight if you're not using them. All metal construction as well.
