Leider ist der Halter schon nach 2 Tagen ohne Belastung von den Fliesen gefallen. Mein teures Smartphone war glücklicherweise nicht dran. Obwohl ich die Fliesen sehr gründlich mit Alkohol gereinigt hatte, haben die dünnen Saugnäpfe schon in der 2. Nacht versagt und der Halter ist runter gefallen. Andere Saugnäpfe halten locker ein Jahr auf den gleichen Fliesen. Für eine mehrtägige Befestigung ist das Ding nicht geeignet.Grundsätzlich macht der Halter einen soliden Eindruck. Eine feste, solide Platte mit starkem Magnet, aber die Saugnäpfe sind sehr einfach und dünn. Ich wollte das Teil jetzt mit einem Tesa-Powerstrip befestigen, weil ich den Halter gern neben meinem Badezimmerspiegel haben möchte. Leider hält so ein Powerstrip nicht auf dem Silikon. Also Wegschmeißen ... teurer Spaß. Und ich habe gedacht, ich hätte was Gutes gekauft. Wirklich schade.

It’s one of those things that you don’t realize how much you need it until you have it, and then you depend on it. With this mounting kit you can easily magnetically attach the suction apparatus to the back of your iPhone. I have a case that can accept the suction array directly, without any modification. If your phone is not equipped like mine, the manufacturer provides all of the parts and installation templates that are needed to attach it easily.Once the suction interface is attached, the iPhone can be securely mounted on any smooth surface. The suction force is significant, and it will take some effort to release it. The suction power is greater than the magnetic power, meaning that if you attempt to dismount the iPhone, the phone will release from its magnetic attraction first, leaving the suction pad attached to the smooth surface. This is good if you plan on mounting the phone in the same place each time. But it also means that you can still pull the pad from the surface and place it elsewhere any time you want.What this little suction pad does, it lets you securely place your iPhone in the most convenient place to make your access to it easier and more accessible. I like it.
