A little small. They claim it fits to 39.3 inches, but it barely fit my 38" waist, and at that it left a gap down my leg. So, you would need to carefully align the gap with the direction opposite how the wind is blowing. It does fold up very small, so that is nice. It also only covered about halfway between my knees and feet. Should be larger all around.

Where has this been all my life? It's extremely lightweight, packs down very small, and is easy to equip. I have never taken rain pants on a hike because they're bulky and heavy, and this gives me an option I can pack even for lightweight trips.It's very easy to put on, and has a cinch that brings it in around your waste. It's a very light fabric, which means it will tear easily, but that's how it goes with ultralight, so one must be careful. Considering I resign my feet to getting wet when in rain situations, I think skirts are the way to go, and this one is pretty nice.
