Spear & Jackson 5-Layer EVA Memory Foam Water Resistant Quick Drying Cushioned Garden KneelerHaving weak knees, I find it almost impossible to kneel on the ground without severe discomfort. In the past I have used foam kneeler pads, but they never really last long. But this is something else, it comes with the brand name of Spear & Jackson so I knew this would be something worthwhile.The kneeler is bigger than expected making it more comfortable to use as you don't need your knees close together for this. It is coloured pink on one side and light grey on the other, it can be used either way round. The cushion has a convenient built in handle making it easy to carry around whilst in the garden.The build quality of this is excellent, it is made from 5 different layers with a memory foam core making it not only strong and durable, but also very comfortable for the knees. The cushion has a strong neoprene outer layer that not only is soft and comfortable, it is also waterproof so the cushion does not take on or absorb any liquid. If it were to be left out in the rain, a quick wipe over and the outer layer would dry very quickly. The manufacturing quality too is excellent, all of the outer edges are securely bound looking neat and tidy and very strong. I suspect this is going to last well.In use this is very comfortable to kneel on. Although this is soft and comfortable, the inner section has a certain amount of stiffness to it, so even placed on stony ground it is still comfortable with small and medium size stones being virtually undetectable.I have already had my wife trying to lay claim to this, so I have now ordered another for her.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

Well-made and well padded. It will provide good protection for my poor knees, and the bright colour means it shouldn’t easily get left out and lost. However, the material is not water-proof and after just one test use, it got quite wet and muddy. It claims to be wipe clean, but I had to use a bit of carpet cleaner spray to get it looking truly clean. It’s currently 20% off at £16.98 – which I think is a fair price
