I don’t normally write bad reviews but this was horrible. I bought this to replace the original battery that went bad in my remote. Unpackaged it, installed it and the remote worked. I then turned it off, packaged it up and stored it away until today because I was in the middle of moving. Went to use it and the battery won’t hold a charge. So the battery was good for one charge and that’s it. Complete waste of money, worse part is the selling company won’t return any of my messages. Customer service is worse than the product itself, now I’m going to be out another $30 for a new battery, getting close to the cost of a whole new unit at this point.

Saves buying a new e collar. Not hard to install. Helpful that it comes with appropriate sized screw driver.

Very easy to replace and works great. I can now use my SportDog trainer collar again without having to purchase a new one.
