My son's words: "I simply went to install it by slightly pinching the plastic bowed piece and it snapped under close to no pressure. That shouldn't happen. Waiting on a replacement, will see how that does. Currently, not impressed thus far."

Love the design but keeper not as flexible as original factory part. Hope to test the seal for leakage in a week or two.

I grabbed these and the stens BIG hand PULL START HANDLE, Got both too use on my Good old Husky 372/385 bigbore saw for a bit of a upgrade...They will fit older models that dont have this style caps, But you may need too modify-remove the big Rubber seals. and find the rite size smaller dia-thin black rubber o-rings. Did it a few months ago and the saw dosent seem too leak any fuel or oil out.Just gotta make sure you find the oring and test it, that works for your older husqvarna saw. Both fuel and oil caps fit the 372 chassis. And is a nice upgrade for good old saws that still cut.. Should work in other husky also. If they dont seat rite, find your own orings.Used another set on a smaller saw, and the green rubber on the caps were too thick.. Took off thick green seals and caps fit fine. didnt leak suprisingly. Just tooo get saw running for the day...But did get small o-rings latter on, and stretch them on there..These dont Feel exactly the same as the OEM 562, but there not bad. same concept.

I bought two of these for a saw build and the seals don't want to let it screw into the threads, It is very hard. I ended up replacing the seals from just the cheap Huztl caps and it works much better. One of the retainers broke so I had to replace it as well. I give it two stars since it will work but it is a far cry from the OEM's that I have as well. I know of others that have these and said they had no issue with theirs so maybe I just got some from a bad batch.
