Stormsure Tuff Tape

Es handelt sich um ein sehr starkes, transparentes und selbstklebendes, wasserdichtes Klebeband, das als einzelne vorgeschnittene Flicken und Streifen in verschiedenen Formen und Größen verkauft wird.
TUFF Tape besteht aus einer dünnen, aber sehr robusten PU-Folie mit druckempfindlichem Klebstoff und Trägerpapier auf der Rückseite. Es ist wasserdicht und luftdicht. Es ist sehr abriebfest und sehr schwer zu reißen oder zu durchstoßen. Es dehnt sich und ist elastisch und kann sowohl Hitze als auch extremer Kälte standhalten, ohne alle nützlichen Eigenschaften zu verlieren.
Das Tuff Tape ist sehr stark und kann Gegenstände zusammenbinden, indem Sie das Band um den Artikel ziehen und die Elastizität verwenden, um die Stücke fest zu ziehen. Wenn Tuff-Klebeband auf Kleidung aufgetragen wird, durchläuft es regelmäßige Waschmaschinen-Zyklen.
Verwendung:
Verwenden Sie Tuff-Klebeband, um Risse in wasserdichter Kleidung, gerissenen Netzen und Stoffen, aufblasbaren Matratzen, Wasser-aufblasbaren, Strandspielzeug, Teichfolien, Kanus und Rippen, Zelten und Markisen, Segel und Drachen, Wathosen, rissige Eimer und andere Kunststoffbehälter, PVC, Gummi schnell zu reparieren. Sogar Schnitte an den Fingern.
Anleitung:
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Oberfläche vor der Verwendung sauber und trocken ist. Schneiden Sie ein Stück Tuff-Klebeband für Ihre Reparatur mit einer hochwertigen Schere oder einer scharfen Skalpellklinge. Ziehen Sie das Trägerpapier ab.
Positionieren Sie das TUFF-Tape vorsichtig und tragen Sie es dann direkt auf den Schaden auf. Beginnen Sie an einer Kante und drücken Sie das Band allmählich nach unten, um das Eindringen von Luftblasen zu vermeiden. Sobald das Tuff Tape angebracht ist, reiben Sie es fest mit einem glatten und harten Gegenstand (wie die Rückseite eines Löffels), um eine maximale Haftung auf dem Untergrund zu gewährleisten.

This tape is superb for waterproof repairs.I had a pair of waterproof trousers that had a large lengthways rip. This tape was so easy to apply and is very strong and waterproof- saved me from having to buy a new pair.

I haven't used this tape yet but my experience with other Stormsure products has been good so I'm expecting this tape to be the same.

Pro’s:* You get a decent amount of tape on the roll* Tape is very tacky once separated from the backing* Sticks best to smoother surfaces* Tape is clear to opaque so it blends with whatever its applied toCon’s:* None at present, but time outdoors on the stuff I repaired will give this a good testFinal thoughts: So far I've applied this to my Grill cover and Lawn furniture coves to repair rips and gashes. I'm hopeful this will survive the constant change in elements, so at this time I'lll report that I'm impressed with the initial repair, but will remain guarded for now. I received this Stormsure TUFF Tape for free as part of the Vine program but feel I’ve given a fair unbiased review. I’ll come back to update my review if anything changes my opinion on this tape.

I've used this tape in it's other varieties (sizes mostly) for different applications. I proved to be an excellent solution for quick fixes on camping trips and even for fixing a trampoline mat (combined with their adhesive glue that comes in tubes)► GeneralLike most tapes, you will need to surface to be clean from any debris and dust. Its specially works well on smooth surfaces like waterproof jackets, tents, wetsuits and more. Application is pretty easy and fast. No need to wait for most applications. Best thing is that it's waterproof and will hold for a long time. It's also flexible so if the material it was applied on is flexible, it will keep that material flexibility to some degree► Applications ExperienceWell, I've used it on a few things:1. Trampoline mat together with the glue tube it really worked very well. However the tape will require replacing once in a while (about a year in my case) specially if you have live in an area with wide range of temperatures. Cold/snow/wet/heat etc, will affect the tape. The glue however is unaffected and holds without an issue. The tape is more like an extra protective layer in this case and provide a smooth finish and way, for bigger holes, to bond the glue around the surface2. SUP - had a small puncture in my inflatable SUP and decided to use this tape. It worked like a charm. Application was easy and it didn't surrender to the air pressure when I re inflated the SUP3. Waterproof jacket - this was on my son's jacket which got torn in one of our hikes. It's was raining so it was hard to dry the torn area but still we had it patched and it hold for the remaining of out hike. Obviously it's a quick fix that will hold for a while but to visually nice so...4. Tent - That was really useful. Had the ground sheet torn by some sharp stone. Had it patched with the tape and that's it. The tent was functional like nothing had happened (well beside visually presence but no beg deal, for me at least)✅ Pros: Works very well on smooth surfaces, Waterproof, Holds for long, Various applications❌ Cons: Works best with the, not included, glue tubeOverall it a great tape that can be used for a variety of applications and no doubt it will be useful to have laying around or part of your camping/hiking trips pack list. Recommended!
