Die Geräuschunterdrückung funktioniert für Telefonate und Videocalls gut, habe ich mit einem Staubsauger getestet. Aber leider kann man sich selbst beim Sprechen nicht hören, es wird nur die Stimme der Gesprächspartner eingespielt. Man hört sich selbst also nur dumpf. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden, dies umzustellen. Daher schicke ich dieses Headset wieder zurück.

Perfekt für die Arbeit. Habe es mir für‘s HomeOffice bestellt und der Sound ist super und die Kunden hören mich tadellos! Kann ich nur empfehlen :)

Wirkt sehr wertig aber die Verstellung reicht für einen großen Kopf nicht aus. Bin enttäuscht.

Ich habe sehr viele getestet, auch wesentlich teurer äe und Markenhersteller und muss sagen, dass dieses im Abstand das Beste war. WARUM:Es hat keine Bandbreitenreduzierung beim Sprechen und hören gleichzeitig. Das haben leider viele Bluetooth-Headsets. Es war mir vorher auch nicht bewusst.Ich hatte überlegt woran das lag, bis ich auf die reduzierte Bandbreits im Forum etwas gelesen hatte.Nochmals Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.Viel Grüße

Why I bought this:I use a very expensive Jabra headset for work calls and now we're moving back into the office 3 days a week I wanted a cheap wireless blue tooth and 2.4ghz headset I could leave in the locker at work to avoid carrying too much between office and home. This had a voucher at the time of purchase and I had some Amazon gift vouchers and with Amazon's generous return policy I felt I had nothing to lose. I won't be returning it though, read on to find out why.In the box:Lots of stuff!OK, the headset itself which comes in a protective bag that I use for storing it.A charge cable with USB-C (for the headset) and USB-A at each end making charging via any standard USB easy.A converter cable (pictured) to use the headset with a standard 3.5mm jack connector, which is very useful if you still have to use one of those on your laptop or run out of USB connectors, should you want a wired rather than wireless connection.A wireless dongle (pictured) which, rather cleverly, splits apart for connection to your preferred USB connection, either USB-C or standard USB which does make it very versatile.Look:the red plastic appears a little hard on first inspection but is actually pretty robust and has taken a few drops to the desk in its stride. The mic bar fits near the mouth and is tipped in the same distinctive bright red colour. Three buttons sit on the headset itself for powering on and switching between wireless 2.4ghz and bluetooth along with volume up and down.Fit and feel:I worried that it would be a bit small for my big head but it does extend quite far to suit even the largest noggin, such as mine. This is an 'on-ear' headset to the pads rest on the ear which makes hearing outside sounds easier and also doesn't get as warm as over-ear cups. The headband and the ear pads are actually really comfortable, I don't think it's memory foam but whatever the foam is coated in feels quite pleasant against the skin. The mic is adjustable enough and spins all the way around so you can have it on the left or right side of the face.Techy bits and sound quality:The mic bar is also the mute function, simply by moving the mic up. A little voice will also tell you that you've muted just in case you need to vent and don't want to be heard!It has 2 wireless modes, bluetooth and 2.4g, I found the 2.4g to be clearer on the laptop that the bluetooth, but the bluetooth to be perfect on my mobile, so I'm guessing there is some electrical interference on my laptop that causes some noise that work colleagues could pick up on. The 2.4g conversely was crystal clear on the laptop and a desktop. It's so simple to switch between bluetooth and 2.4g anyway it didn't bother me.The sound from the earphones is really quite nice, I've not had it too loud as I primarily use it for online meetings but have tried spotify through my mobile with it and there is a warm bass considering the earphones are quite compact, no noticeable distortion at the higher end either and I could head the mid range well. I didn't put it through an equalizer as it's not my primary use but I feel like it could handle music well if that's what you wanted.There is a voice to warn you when you are getting low on battery and when you switch between bt and 2.4g which is handy.The instruction book is actually pretty useful for a multilanguage booklet and actually matches to the headset accurately.This can connect to pretty much anything that has a USB port or bluetooth, all the current consoles, handhelds, laptops, TVs phones etc. I've not tried all but every device in the house I tried connected with it easily.Battery:Charging to full took maybe 2 and a half hours, but that got me over 25 hours of use on calls, music and some gaming on mobile and PC. With bluetooth the laptop shows the remaining change but with the 2.4g it doesn't which is where the little voice comes in handy.Overall I can recommend this as it works very well for what I need at the price I paid.Thanks for reading.
