Great! But smaller than I thought. Only holds enough for one cup of tea, and at that rate- I may as well pour it straight into the cup from the kettle and cut out the middle man. But it’s so cute that I can’t give it lower than 4. I wouldn’t recommend for those purely looking for practicality.

It's simple and suitable for one cup of tea at a time. It arrives carefully packaged for practical purposes, if not as a gift. The dragon is embossed onto the side and is quite distinctive and the teapot could equally make a nice display piece as well as real use. I would certainly repackage it as a gift for friends or family, but equally, it may well join teapots from Turkey and Japan on our shelves and for special occasions. Recommended

Clay teapots create better tasting tea. This one delivers on great tasting tea, is easy to clean and is rugged and durable. The perfect amount of tea for a small cup. It functions great with no leaves escaping through the spout.
