Figure and box came in great condition from Amazon, upon inspection though there was some joint QC issues, very tight joints on all wrist joints on all the hands and also both neck joints, had to work joints under hot water and a couple needed a razor blade to insert into the slits in the joints to break the factory seal, also one leg was warped, I ran it under hot water also then straightened it and held it like that then flushed it with cold water while holding the straight position and it held, in the end everything was fixable just with some irritating effort , tips of fingers were sore after from releasing and working the joints, Neca has this issue on many of the figures they make, with a little effort I avoided having to return, in the end the figure is excellent now and the paint work from Neca is fantastic on this tmnt comic line , I recommend product
