Really disappointed in the overall quality. These cases are NOT worth the premium price. The latches are cheap and flakey. Lock mechanism won't last. This case should be listed well under $200 for the quality.

I bought the shotgun case for my 1970s-era Nikko Shaddow O/U 12-ga. shotgun. The case is very solidly built and the stitching on the leather accents is really nice. The felt lining is attractive and the arrangements of the compartments is appropriate. The combination locks are quite nice looking and work well, but the addition of a leather belt to wrap around the case ensures that the case will not inadvertently open should the locks give way. I would have given the shotgun case five stars but decided on just four stars because the covered compartment (see silver-colored knob) is one half inch too short for me to store the forestock of my shotgun to fit; I knew this to be the case prior to purchasing the case but bought it anyway. (The photo on Amazon depicts an abnormally short shotgun.) So, I am just forced to reattach my shotgun forestock to the barrels for storage -- typically what is done with other shotgun brands and cases. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase, however and would puchase another if I had need of a second case.
