Some other reviews have mentioned about it bends very easy - but this is part of the design as is allows you to put 'gentle' pressure on the blade when you cut to create a slight bow and get very close to the cutting surface when cutting. This allows a true flush cut without marking your work. If your blade remains bent after using, then you are too heavy handed with it or applying too much force for the blade. Use gently and carefully for finer finish work.
