I use this for Enduro mountain biking. I really like the protection it has given me on black diamond and double black diamond trails in rocky utah trails and rocky oregon trails. It is very comfortable and fits well. to me it is not very noticable weight wise when you are wearing it (i wear it while pedaling up the mountains). Excellent quality.

Fits perfect. Does not move Around. Looks good. You can also wear it under a jersey. Did not have to buy a larger jersey to do so.
