I love my slider. I purchased so that I could complete PT at home. It is very wide and easy to use. I am a size 10, and it is very spacious on both sides. The material seems sturdy after over a month use. I will be having another surgery, so this was worth the investment. You can also use in other exercises to increase or decease difficult. LOVE LOVE LOVE

My daughter actually found this item for me. I am recovering from a total knee replacement and have another knee to be done in the future. This item has helped my recovery in doing range of motion "slides" that I would not be able to do without it. My physical therapist is extremely pleased with my recovery and I think this is something that others could use as it's large enough to put my entire foot on and glides easily on a carpet. Great product.

Planks and core workouts. Love it. Best on carpet. Only one in order so I ordered 2. Moves smooth depending on your carpet can work on floor but be careful and test first. Hard surfaces can be slick and you could scratch it up and floor. Ships fast.
