Washed Percussion Marley jacket & trousers and then re-proofed using a nromal wash cycle at 30% and clothes came out clean, yet to go out in the rain and see how the re-proofing has worked but the clothes didn't leak anyway. Seems to do a good job

Product came missing a bottle cap, luckily the seal was unbroken so no spillage. Must have come off during packing. Amazon's procedure was to return the item or contact the seller. I don't really want to return the item, it may leak on return.All I want is a cap sent to me. Phoned Grangers customer service and no one answered. Left a message on their website with no response as of yet, but that was on a Friday. Hopefully they'll get I touch soon.I've used on of their products before. I was happy with it. Customer service has let me down this time.Update: customer service responded to my website contact. They are sending a cap in the post. Upgrading to 4*

I have been using this products for over 11 yrs. Everytime I go backcountry skiing, knowing that I will be dry and not have to be soaking wet. Look no further. If you are like me, I buy 5 or 6 pks because it takes care all of my camping gears,hunting and skiing.Excellent product and I highly recommended this.
