Love this. Shoes feel cleaner after a couple cycles. Wish it had a longer time setting than 30min. Overall love it

Broken and total waste of money. Have used it a handful of times in the 6 months since I bought it, and it doesn’t work. The green light indicates it’s working but the light bulbs don’t turn on.

The one hour maximum timer is a drawback.Should just have a on/off switch like other manufacturers.

My podiatrist suggested I buy this. Cost $45. Returns closed at one month. Here I am, 2 1/2 months out from purchase, and it’s stopped working! $45 for this POS! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It’s GARBAGE !!!I know it’s the product and not the plug. The control on the product still lights up as shown in the picture, but the shoe inserts don’t (also shown in picture).

Hot tip if it is not working--unplug then unscrew light housings to check if bulbs are screwed in securely. If they are loose they won't turn on. Once you tighten them into place--bingo, they work! I think during use they must vibrate a bit and loosen themselves. Been using them (heavy use) for 3 weeks, had to tighten twice. Easy to use. Traveled with them--as long as you bring the correct plug adapter, they DO work in 220/240 voltage, which is awesome!
