Note: With this device I find I need to press down fast and hard to get a good stream of gas into the device, then let go after 2 seconds. I repeat as needed. Gentle pressing the button will not be effective. Using chilled water helps with carbonation.Update: After reaching out to VEVOR support through their website, they shipped me a full replacement free of charge. After sharing my invoice, they remediated the issue.Yes, there are delays in getting a response from them, they reply in the early hours of the morning and take at least 12 hours, but after a few days of back and forth, they sent me a brand new replacement device. The whole set, with the nozzle and bottle.They were supposed to follow up with me with tracking info, but I had to nudge them for an update. After that, I tracked the shipment and now I'm sitting happy drinking my sparkling water. The device has its quirks, but I much prefer the simplistic mechanics and less moving parts. Time will tell how long the plastic threads last, though the bottles say they expire after 2 years. I'd like some replacement bottles available for purchase, preferably ones with smaller quantities. I'd prefer first-paty bottles over modifying third-party ones.VEVOR has regained my trust and business, and I'm happy to say they've gained my satisfaction. Moving forward, I plan to continue considering their solutions. My soda maker is practically useless without the nozzle. They sold me a fancy looking paper weight.The Amazon's support process is horrendous, they want me to reach out to the manufacturer, who I can't even chat with in the app.Do I have to return the thing, wait 7 days for a refund, and then buy a new one on my own? This is ludicrous.Even though there are a lot of other soda makers that share parts and design with this one, I couldn't even find a spare nozzle to buy on my own for this thing. Any I shouldn't even have to, it should have come in the box with the device!I wish I hadn't tried saving a few bucks buying this instead of a slightly more expensive alternative from a competitor. If parts aren't available for these machines, I'd rather have something reliable and with enough quality control that customers at least get a functioning product. Bizarre and ridiculous.I've seen VEVOR here and there, and finally decided to try their products. I deserve a better experience with my money. They don't deserve my business. Never again.

I bought my machine on vevor's website and it's been working great. I didn't end up buying the cylinder from vevor I bought one at canadian tire.Machine works amazing. Way better than soda stream or others in the market. Definitely worth the money.
