I really struggled with whether to rate this two stars or three and if I should return it or keep it. I've decided to rate it three stars and to send it back. Within this review, I'm going to give the bad, and then the good. First off, this machine will only clean 12" vinyl. When I bought my unit, it said it cleans 7" (and presumably 10" too). It does neither. You cannot get the water level high enough to clean those sizes. Furthermore, to clean 12" records you need to fill the water higher than what is recommended in the manual - that is if you want to clean the inside tracks. The discard hose on my unit leaks. I could fix this problem with some threading compound but alas. Also, I swear my unit has gotten louder. I could probably live with all of these issues if it wasn't for the final problem, which I'll get to in a moment. This is the first ultrasonic cleaner I've used so this is only specific to this product. Okay, all of that said, if you have a collection of popular commercial releases this is probably a decent product for you. But if you collect rare and unique presses, this product might cause problems. I have found for labels that might be off centered, uneven, raised, or stickered the water will likely find its way to the protective device. And it could cause damage. Multiple record labels were damaged for me, this includes visible water stains and bumpiness to what was once a smooth label. This also means that price tags were destroyed. Probably not an issue for many, but I like that provenance to stay attached to my records. Again, if you have common commercial releases, this might not be a problem for you. But I have a wide range of materials from many different plants and pressings, so for me, this was an unacceptable problem. I will also say this, I am an archivist by training and profession. I would not trust this product within my archives. All of that aside, the product does a decent job of cleaning. And it's a clever piece of reverse engineering. But to summarize, it doesn't clean anything but 12" and it may damage labels that aren't particularly standardized.

Works great for LP’s. Not sure what the complaints about the noise, not very loud imo. I sat in the garage sitting right in front of it listening to the radio with my dog asleep next to me. P.S. dont let doggie drink from the solution.

Der Ultraschallreiniger ist, gemessen am Preis, unschlagbar! Aber man sollte ein wenig basteln können. Die Trenner zwischen den LPs sind nicht wasserdicht, so dass die Label feucht werden. Eine dünne Lage selbstklebendes Moosgummi auf beiden Seiten der Scheibe sorgt da für Abhilfe. Der Motor für die Spindel dreht sich mMn etwas zu schnell. Für Abhilfe kann ein 12-Volt-Netzteil oder gar ein 5-Volt-Netzteil sorgen. Damit dreht sich die Spindel schön langsam, so dass die LP bei jeder Umdrehung eine möglichst lange Zeit im Bad verbringt. J'ai mis en service le nettoyeur à ultra-sons VEVOR ce week-end, sur des disques vinyle de plus de 30ans stockés dans de très mauvaises conditions, et présentant des micro-moisissures, qui engendrent des craquements lors de la lecture. (J'ai mis les coffrets et les emballages à la poubelle tellement ils étaient pollués) Donc j'ai mis dans le bac de l'appareil un peu moins de 5 litres d'eau déminéralisée additionnée de 2 ou 3 giclées d'alcool isopropylique et un bouchon d'agent mouillant ILFOTOL. J'ai remplacé le transfo d'alimentation fourni (24V) par un modèle qui délivre 7,5V, car le moteur d'origine tournait trop vite. Les disques doivent passer du temps devant les vibrations. Réglages: Température 30°C et durée 25 minutes. Je n'ai mis que 3 disques 33T LP en même temps car il faut garder de l'efficacité à la cavitation Ultra Sonique.Bien laisser sécher sur le support fourni (un peu "bricolo" le support)Le produit fait du bruit, mais c'est très supportable.J'ai vérifié la température avec un thermomètre: correct.RESULTAT: IMPECCABLE: plus aucun craquement à la lecture.Formidable. Pour 170 EUR vous nettoyez vos disques. Pas besoin de mettre 2890 EUR dans un Degritter...même s'il ce dernier est certainement plus performant grâce à des générateurs U.S. à 120 kHz parallèles au disque alors que le VEVOR agit en fond de cuve à 40 kHz.Il faut aussi faire un peu plus de manipulations. Mais le VEVOR fait le job!Pour des disques pas trop sales, on doit pouvoir nettoyer plus de galettes en même temps.

Great compact little unit. The only negative is how noisy it is.

This thing is no secret any longer, but it is totally ignored by the audiophiles who want to use a single LP Humminguru for 3-4 times the price.Also it’s not so noisy as some reviewers say when they want to put it outside or in a basement.
