It appears to be exactly what we wanted. New car is protected from the elements. In CA we now have 117 degrees of heat with high humidity, and the birds are unable to deposit waste on car

Bought this for my husband last July 2023, he didn't put it up until March of 2024. It sat unopened in the original box in our garage. He followed the install instructions exactly. Within 3 months the legs of the cover started tearing. Then a whole started to develop in the top where there was no part of a tree covering the cover. And now it looks like this! As you can see, the part still UNDER The shade of the tree is still intact and looks fairly good, but any part that is exposed to direct sunlight has deteriorated. The frame seems to be holding up very well, though. Sure wish we could get the company to replace the cover.

My canopy had exceeded expectationsAfter severe storm several pieces were damaged, no fault of the manufacturer. I requested to purchase a few replacement parts and they shipped them at no cost.Very very pleased with the canopy and even more thrilled with the great service and support

It was easy to assemble but better if you have a second person to help. When it is secured properly, it has held up to a lot of rain and wind. It keeps my boat dry.

The tarp was very snug when assembled. Got it in July 2023. By Nov, the tarp is so tight after being in the sun the seems are starting to split and the metal grommets are pulling and ripping off the tarp on the hold downs. It has a 1yr warranty. I contacted the company and was told this.Thank you for your letter. Our technical staff replied: We are very sorry to give you a bad product experience. According to the picture, we noticed that the metal buckle came out. This position cannot be bound with elastic balls. it does not affect the use of the product. Can you please try to use this product normally? If you have any questions please contact us again and we will provide you with other solutions.This is an attempt to not honor their warranty and was totally not correct as the grommets are directly located to hold the tarp to the poles. They didn't even address the tearing of the seams. I noticed on the other comments others have had this same problem. I loved it when first put up and would give it 5 stars but after this I would give it negative stars. Come on and do the right thing and honor your warranty.Update: They did send me a complete replacement. The tarp did completely came apart on a slight storm. While replacing the first with the second I noticed that again the tarp fit too tight at the top ends. I decided to push in the retaining button on the top pole going into the triangle piece which made the tarp fit perfectly. Did it on both ends. Still some questions about the quality of the tarp itself.
