Die alte Dichtung in meinem schon betagten Geschirrspüler fing langsam an zu lecken und war bei genauerer Inspektion auch schon stark geweitet und teilweise gerissen. Habe dann mit der Ersatzteilsuche von Siemens diese Teilenummer gefunden und das Produkt bestellt. Passt wunderbar, ist zwar anders als das Original an einer Kunststoffschiene befestigt aber hält dicht und wird das hoffentlich auch noch lange tun. Passt wunderbar und lässt sich mit etwas technischem Verständnis innerhalb einer Stunde einbauen.

I went through the correct process to identify my machine, and confirmed the part number matched it. The problem was that the "U" shaped brace that fits along the leading edge of the rubber seal was too long - approximately 1+ cms. I was able to reuse the old brace, as the problem with the original was with the rubber seal. Not good enough.
