Being on the wrong side of 50 years old I found it extremely hard to get back in to shape. Since purchasing I have used this everyday. It has helped me out immensely with doing pushups, planks and sit-ups. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that there is not enough padding. When doing sit-ups my tail bone hurts something fierce. If you have something extra to put underneath your butt then you will be fine.

It has made it so easy for me to build my strength. I am 73 years old, been through a LOT. This has made it something I am able to do.

I purchased for a little light home workout when I'm not able to be in the regular gym and this machine did not disappoint! I was in the Army and sit-ups were nothing for me. Five kids later and that is no longer true. With this little machine I'm able to do sit ups again and I'm so excited. I was unsure if this machine would be worth the price, but it really is. It also includes a sheet of different exercises you can do making it even more of a value. It is also space saving and slips right under my bed or easily in a closet. I definitely recommend for a light home workout.
