The part did not fit into my machine. One of the two holes for the lower alignment pins was too small to fit on the pin. The worm gear moved up and down about 1mm compared to almost zero movement on the part I was trying to replace.The assembly appeared to just be poorly made.

My husband fixed my kitchenaid. This part came in handy. My kitchenaid does make a diff sound but that could be bc he might not have put it back correctly.

So thankful to have found this part. It saved us so much money, so hubs could fix my mixer, and not have to send it in the be fixed.

Item fit perfectly on our older Kitchenaid mixer, super simple to replace with instructions on YouTube. Rough time to replace and with cleanup, about an hour. Cleaned gear cavity and replaced food grade grease with new.

La apariencia es buena.. A primera vista todo parece correcto, al instalar una perforación en la pieza, donde entra un perno guía.... no entro.... Solucione con una broca y un taladro,,, es un trabajo sencillo, quién sea debe poder resolver... Hasta el momento esta funcionando, espero soporte el trabajo en la maquina..... Me atrevo a recomendar la pieza
