I never liked the old twist, bend and tighten down the stranded speaker wire method of yesteryear, these banana adapters fit in the terminal strip perfectly and now I have end to end banana plug speaker connections.

These are gold coated brass which means that the lugs will break off easily if you try to bend them. I recommend measuring carefully before ordering. They are rather expensive for what they are. I have used them as part of a high frequency antenna which is outside. I am very happy with them.
