Great shipment times.A good quality item and easy to fit but very tricky to enter the key and then sometimes a bit notchy on operation. Hopefully this will be a bit less with wear and tear.Easy to login to site for guarantee.

Yale no vende llaves ni envialos en/a la peninsula. Asi es imposible obtenerlos sin un amigo en Inglaterra!!! Locuria!

While this lock worked for less than a month, it all of a sudden stopped working from the outside so we got locked out of our home.All of a sudden key will not insert all the way into this lock, as if there was an obstruction in the lock but upon inspection, the lock is perfectly clean so it is a failure of the lock itself.NEVER AGAIN will we buy any Yale locks!

These do not seem to be as strong as I would have expected for high security locks from a well-known brand. The key cylinder part rattles a bit in the housing and they are quite light. The old lock (also a Yale) it replaced was a big heavy lump of brass with nothing rattling. It actually appears a better lock but not with the security key.

The cylinder is easy to install. It works as expected. I have not experienced a break in attempt yet so I am unable to comments its robustness.
