This is a beautiful little dispenser for a good price. I really liked it for the first few months I had it. However, after nearly a year, the tip of the spout was eaten away by the liquid soap (just regular liquid soap--not anything unusually potent). Luckily I had one from another dispenser that I could substitute, but the one that came with the item should have lasted much longer than it did.

The glass part is pretty and looks nice in bathroom. The pumper part seems to be more fragile. Often gets stuck. Fearful pump will break.
