I found the kettelebell poster specifically helpful on this set- I don't have a cable machine and probably won't get one, but the set that had kettlebell came with the extra cable machine posters also- could gift them if you know someone who has a cable machine... A kettlebell is a great workout tool but it's different, so you have to know how to use it, and I appreciate the reminders/ideas right on my garage wall on this laminated poster of other things I can do with it besides what I already do.

Having these are come in handy so I don't have to look up the exercises on a smart phone or tablet. However, would be nice to have smaller size version like 8.5"x11" for more portable travel friendly size to carry around. Maybe combined with QR code or URL to launch digital versions of these too would be an added bonus if they could do that.

Why would you put them on the front and back?! Posters are meant to be hung now one side won’t be visible that has a completely different set of workouts on it smh fail. Good quality posters though.

These posters have a great assortment of exercises. Perfect for any home gym. Posters are printed on both sides, which surprised me. My plan was to hang them on the wall in our workout room, but now I will need to come up with another plan. They also arrive tightly rolled up, and offer 3 options to flatten the rolled posters.1. Reverse roll the poster and secure with rubber bands, wrap poster in a towel and heat the towel with a hair dryer for 5-7 minutes.2. Place towel or newspaper over the poster and use an iron on low heat to flatten out.3. Reverse roll the poster and secure with rubber bands for 12-24 hours.I have unrolled the posters and put them under the dog bed that our 80 lb Golden Retriever lays on. I think it is doing as good of a job as any of the suggested methods are doing (they have been under the bed for about 48 hours)
