I am size 10 shoe and the Large size fits ok. I was wary that the elastic straps a connected below the foot but they seem to work ok. Only one strap has Velcro, so you have to hold the one that doesn’t while you stretch the one that does to hold it in place. Would have been better if both had Velcro. There are no instructions so had to go back to product pictures to see how to fit. Overall good.
