These are brilliant my ankles have been hurting with all the walking i do with my dog walking business and i can tell you these are the best thing ive bought for pain relief and support helps me no end, and very comfortable.

Wow. Worn these for the first time playing football. Normally my ankles swell afterwards but not this time. Very comfortable and gave me great support. 👌

I brought this for my son who has foot and ankle problems. He has found them comfy and helpful. No problems getting a 10 year old to wear them

Appearance: These sleeves/straps arrive in a plastic re-sealable bag with no info on how to use the support. The sleeve feels nice a soft but thick enough to add support. The straps a too soft and very stretchy to allow movement.Use: For starters I had to find the image from this Amazon listing showing how to fit the support as there are no instructions on or in the packaging about how to fit. Annoyingly I’m between sizes. I went for the larger size in this case medium. The sleeve for me is too loose to add any support on it own. When I tie up the straps thats when the support comes. The straps do seems to put a fair amount of pressure on the back of the achilles. More than I’d likeConclusion: Having used sleeves that add some but not enough support and straps that add a little too much or not evenly, this appeared for be the best of both worlds. As I appear to between sizes it’s difficult to accurately assess.For me the sleeve is too loose for it do anything which is disappointing. The strap on the other hand feels a little too small/short, or I would prefer it a little larger. While is does add support the pressure on the achilles wasn’t ideal. Being able to loosen the strap slightly to reduce this pressure would have been nice. I did try to pull the straps tighter around the foot to ease the pressure on the achilles but as I walked I could feel it coming back.Because of this I don’t feel a smaller size would be any better in my case. While the sleeve might fit better I imagine the strap tightness would be even worse. I’m currently not suffer from an ankle injury so a bit of achilles discomfort might be worth the support if you’re suffering from a injury.My suggestion to Med-Fit to include a card on how to fit the support. There are no instructions what so ever for this and I was only able to find out how from a pic on this Amazon listing. I’ve not come across an ankle support like this before and at least for me it was no obvious on how to tie the straps without instructions.
