Delivered slightly earlier then promised by Arrow XL on behalf of Amazon. Whilst it would be useful to have a second pair of hands to lift bike and parts out of the box I was able to do so and build it on my own in approx 40 - 45 mins. There's a great range of programs to choose from. I've put on a lot of weight since a knee injury when running so was looking for alternative exercise that would not put strain on the knee. I have used this every day since I got it and have never felt any knee pain at all. The bike is made of high quality material that copes with my weight as well. Overall a superb product.

Item is really nice. Automatic resistance control is perfect and positives of the itemItem has 2 negative point.1. Seat adjustment is big problem. You can not adjust the seat level while you are seating. You should stand up and adjust seat and the handle to operate adjusting is very tight.2. There are 2 different control panel pictures. First panel is with male model picture. Panel is bigger and with LCD illumination, 2nd panel is little bit smaller and without LCD illumination (very bad during night exercises). If you order the item that you will receive the smaller panel which is used by women model in the pictures.

è molto bella, solida, funzionale e il display è intuitivo. peccato che lo schermo è senza colori.la seduta è comoda ed è anche silenziosa. Il cardiofrequenzimetro è abbastanza attendibile, varia di pochissimo dalla fascia garmin che ho.pratiche le ruote che permettono di spostarla senza grossi sforzi.Arrivata prima del previsto.per il montaggio (io sono negato) mi sono fatto aiutare da un amico che, grazie alla dotazione (c'è tutto:cacciavite brugole etc) in 40 minuti lha montata.comoda anche la vaschetta portaoggetti.per il momento molto soddisfatto.

Entrega rápida y fácil montaje.Por ponerle un pero, la consola no tiene luz, pero conectándola a las app compatibles, no hace ni falta.De no hacerlo, vienen suficientes programas para hacer buenos entrenamientos.A Zwift se conecta evidéntemente sólo con potenciómetro, pero muy bien. Como hacerlo en rodillo en modo ERG.Muy bien, calidad precio excelente.
